Anonymous on "Vodafone excess bill of 650 without notification of credit usage"

Hi i am vodafone postpaid user...as per company policy i used data plan 4 to 6 times...in single bill cycle..when i enquired..they did not notified me by call or sms...when i went to store.they suggest me to visit sotre before use service..and i tried to contact...they told you have to pay flat rent..
I activated 100rs plan 4 times
250plan once and 155 plan once ...as pro rata rental and vodafone gujarat applied flat rent of 650 in next mnth bill, usage was done in prev. Bill cycle..my number is 9979487009:::
