I have purchased LG Nexus 4 new from Rediff shopping and Vendor name is Masti Price , Howrah. I have paid INR 16999/- by credit card(EMI Option). I received the phone after 13 Days. I have mailed the problem to Reddiff customer support and Masti Price Customer support but we didn't receive any feedback from them. After received the product i found charger is duplicate & not charging the phone again i complained abut this issue to vendor & vendor told me buy new original charge to any shop & we will transfer this money in your account but now vendor not pickup my call & massage & not answered. I was dissatisfied with the product and pl. ban the Rediff online shopping site and I request you to arrange for getting the paid amount INR 16999. Below Consignment details,
