Dear Sir,
I am requesting you that, I have savings account in HDFC bank in Agra at Sanjay Place Branch and my account No. is 01211000269307. But from last one year I am out of station due to job transfer and whenever I came to Agra, I request bank staff to close my bank account but they do not respond to me.
From last 1 month, I have receiving messages that my account has negative balance and it has been incresing every week.
So, again I goes to Agra for closing my account, but once again they did not respond.
