Anonymous on "credit card not accessible"

Hi Sir,
through netbanking my credit card working fine.
but swiping or dipping my credit card in different places not accessing error message like "contact helpline CC".
when i asked to CCare they told your card is perfect. but it is not accessing plz tell waht is the problem, i heard hdfc is good services but.....
