Respected sir,
Re: False billing of my Vodafone Data card no.9051054749
I am Vodafone user, my data card/ dongle no is 9051054749, Relationship no. 1.40105100. I had activated a 1 GB internet plan. I have received current month bill (21.07.14 to 20.08.14) of Rs. 4440.44 under the talk plan GPRS Data Plan, bill date 21.08.14 and bill no.21081400601811 (including previous balance Rs. 450.45), also showing in the bill Usage charges 3401.08 , surprisingly . But actually I had hardly used it for few hours. My question is that how can the bill be of such a large amount! This is a simple way of cheating people. I request you to take some strict actions against this company as many people may be suffering. I would like to take a legal action against Vodafone.
