I am user of reliance GSM prepaid . my reliance prepaid number is 9541487045 . we recharge 50Rs at 16/07/2014 . we used whattsup pack monthaly 16 Rs pack .so my remained balance is 34 Rs at 16/07/2014 night .but when we see balance in next day only 0.70 Rs .we call custmer call no 198 ,30333333 for manytimes but they can't give me answer why thay duduced my money .
