14th August 2014 night I had booked a bus scheduled at 11.30 from Bangalore to Chennai. I had to wait until 1.30 a.m 15 th morning for the buys to leave after a lot of confusion. Meanwhile, other passengers who were waiting for their 9.00 p.m bus still had no news of the bus as staff kept saying that it would come/was stuck in traffic. It was a harrowing experience waiting. On the bus, the driver played music all night and continued even after a few requests. My ticket clearly mentioned"Snacks will be provided" and nothing was given. When I asked the conductor and driver hey said they knew nothing about it and must check in the office. Red Bus is very unfriendly with customers and getting a service assistant on the line is highly difficult. I hope justice is done and part of my amount paid is refunded since the service promised was not provided.
