My self praveen kumar, I am a resident of Bangalore
1. I have taken internet service from Tikona Digital Networks on 30-July-2011. My Tikona id is 1104183049. Since then I have been paying bills regularly on time
2. Recently I decided to cancel my connection and raised a request for cancellation on 30 may 2014. I received mail from tikona mentioning my request is in process and mentioning “the monthly bill charges shall be applicable only till the next bill cycle date based on your last usage date or disconnection request date whichever is later”. My last internet usage date was 31 may 2014.
3. On 20 june 2014 I received mail from Tikona mentioning my service has been terminated on Date : 6/16/2014 08:59:34 PM. They have also sent the final and full settlement bill. But I observed billing was done till 14-Jun-2014 instead of 31-may-2014. Also there is no mention of the advance amount ( Rs.1000 which I paid when I took my connection). I sent repeated mails and called customer care requesting to clarify my queries. I didn’t received any replies from tikona regarding my queries
4. Recently they have also send a new bill for 15-june-2014 to 18-june-12014
5. Also I am getting calls from some people mentioning they are legal representatives of Tikona and they are threating to file a legal case on me. I am receiving calls from +911143646950
6. I am mentally disturbed by this. Instead of clarifying my queries they keep sending new bills and making calls threatening to take legal action
7. I have all payment transactions and mail details. Please do needful so that my queries are answered and calls are stopped
