Anonymous on "Complain against Vodafone"

Dear Concern,

This is to bring into your notice that I'm facing lots of problem in my billing from the very first day I have taken Vodafone number(20th March, 2014). I have taken "Browse more 399 plan" which has following features:

399 Local minutes free

200 STD minutes free

1 GB 3G data free

But as per above plan I'm not getting STD Free Minutes, since my 1st billing till date. I have visited 4-5 times to Vodafone Noida Customer Care centre, once to patpargang Customer Care and once to Gurgaon branch, but every time they commit to resolve this issue and make adjustments in my next bill to be generated. I have also complained through customer care number but they are also making fake commitments and are unable to resolve my issues.

I have been paying my all the bills but still the reimbursements has not been made. This is really ridiculous and frustrating that after so many complaints and reminders. Nobody has taken care-off my issues.

And, not only this I have mailed several times to Nodal Office of vodafone, Appellate Tribunal and Vodafone Care, but they have also made false commitment to resolve this issue.

This is really humiliating, kIndly do something on this.
