I am from chennai only User ID : 1107807475 Even i am also facing the same problem Tikona customer care providing very worst service I have requested them for disconnection 12-JUL-2014 online request number is 1-3158434854. After that i am not using their connection last one month they have called lot of times also confirmed for the disconnection But they are generating the bill continuously and sending me the alert every day. Last month one the tikona billing executive Mr Raja (Contact number +91 7810926390) came to my room regarding the last month bill collection and he confirmed he will take care of it After his confirmation only i have paid the last month amount Rs.954 But they are generating next month bill 1054 I have raised the complaints through mail even customer care number no one responding the request I never seen like this worst service in my life time I really worries lot due to their worst support.. Totally its irritating please don't believe tikona customer care any one they don't know the basic knowledge to handle their customers Even i didn't get any final mail till now..
