I am writing this complain to reliance president after 3 month frustration. I have disconnected my reliance broadband connection after 2 years of complaints and poor service. Now I am being frustrated because of bill after termination.
I have given termination request within due date but reliance executive took time to terminate it. So it is not my fault. company had generated bill on that delay and forced me to have 127rs pending from my side.
After much frustration, I decided to close this chapter and do not want to have any link with such a poor company in future. I tried to pay the bill online but it says account donot exist. So I was failed to do so. I dropped them mails with error message and asked to close my account. I got no reply on my two mails.
I got another bill today with 100 rs addition. On my earlier mails, no body replied and I was not able to pay any pending amount.
This poor company had added 160 rs as fine on 127 amount. They are just sending bills without any reason.
I have left the house and no more living in that area. Last month, I tried to pay 127 rs online but I got error message that account does not exist so I was not able to pay it. I dropped mails to you but you have not replied my any mail.
I will not be able to pay my bills. I have given connection termination request on time but your department delays in terminating it and now put 160rs fine on my account.
Please do not force me to go to consumer court against your pathetic service and bills.
Reliance have such a poor company and take my words that in our area, nobody like your connections. Everybody, sooner or later, disconnecting reliance because of your such harassing service.
Please resolve my matter otherwise I will not recommend reliance broadband to anyone.
