Anonymous on "Cancelled by error and no service for two days - Vodafone / 9962573774"

Hello,

This is a complaint regarding not having service for two days. I had sent out an email last week wanting to know the procedure to cancel the connection.
I spoke to a rep who called and explained me the procedure and i told him that i would sent out an email as explained when i need to cancel, which would be Aug end, 2014.

Since yesterday morning, July 21st, 2014, i have had no access to network and when i called later that evening to check, I was told by a rep that my connection was cancelled. I spoke to her at length and she said it would take 24 hours for them to re activate the number.
I have spoke to three different people today wanting to know the status adn i was informed that it can be only re activated by 6 PM on July 22, 2014.

It's way past 6 PM on July 22, 2014 and I still dont have network.
i asked for a supervisor or manager and i get promised a call back. but i dont have a number where anyone can reach me as i am traveling on personal work.

I never on email or call confirmed to cancel the connection. i have not received any SMS stating i requested a cancellation. and i also have not received any email for the complaint registered when i spoke to rep. I have also email about the same but no response yet.

I have been using this same number for years together now and never had any problem with the service or billing. Is this the kind of service you offer to your loyal customer?
