Anonymous on "data deduction"

i recharged 156 Rs 3G internet on my number 8261020840 and as usual i used internet by my mobile anb after 2 jul 2014 did not use any data. data was showing in my acct 2 jul 2014 approx 700 mb when m unable to reach internet i call 21 jul 2014 (in this piriod i did not use data) reliance customer care to ask what is wrong with my number and guess what customer care executive replied:-
Sir your whole 1GB data is deducted because u use it
internet data deduction is not favor of customer its like they just trick their use to earn extra profit.
I hope they(Reliance) should improve their polices so customer not suffers again.
