Anonymous on "unfair dedyctions"

my no. is 7209094429 reliance gsm always deducts balance unfairly and without any reasons and whenever i complain they say conplain is registered and will be processed in 2 days. why should i wait for my balance for 2 days ?whenever i make a call it says "you have insufficient balance" is this a joke i had 93 rs balance at that time i've been complaining a lot of times but this time limit has been crossed they ve again deducted more than 40rs without any reason n i cannot take this anymore kindly help me
