Anonymous on "Reliance 3G dongle/datacard not working"

I (Arun) have purchased a Reliance 3G dongle with a reliance 3G connection (from Solan, H.P.)on Dec. 2011. Suddenly it stopped working on 24th Feb.2012. It shows authenticating but does not connect. I had called the customer care several times but my problem remained unsolved. Finally on 27th Feb.2012 (after my several request) the customer care gave me a complaint no. 173568341 and assured me that the complaint will be resoveled shortly.After 48hrs. I called the appellete officer for solution. Then after 02Hrs. I received a call from reliance technical dapartment - Mumbai (Mr. Swapnil). after an hour of setting changes (in my PC)still my problem was not solved. Then he asked me to check the dongle on some other computer. I had checked the dongle on 04nos. of computers at Solan but faced the same problem. Then I was advised to visit the retailer (Apex Copy Center) or authorised service center (Shoolini Communications, Solan)for replacement or warrenty claim. On 2nd March, 2012 I first visited the retailer (Apex Copy Center, Solan)and to my surprise he just refused to provide any help or solution and asked me to talk to customer care. Then I visited the authorised service center (Shoolini Communication). They connected my dongle and found the same problem(keeps authenticating but does not connect). To my surprise the service center person asked me to visit next day. The service center is not near to my residence and it is not possible for me to make frequent visits. I am really very unhappy with this unprofessional approach of reliance.Till today 03/03/2012 still my problem is not resolved and I don't know what to do. Please help!
