I have a reliance postpaid GSM mobile connection , my mobile number is 9014495572. Since one and half month heavy net work problem,I've asked one of the outlet to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid connection by submitting all relevant documents and fee on 04 jul 2014. After one or two days some of the costumer care executive called and explained several plans and asked to change plan. I agreed to activate Rs 299/- plan.after that my SIM is dead. Either someone is able to contact me nor I'm able to dial someone. Since than I am contacting customer care centers, some one says it is activated, someone says it will be activated in two hours, or someone says resubmit your documents, like this they are unable to activate my connection into any plan.No one knows the actual problem and just miss leading the customer by false statements. Now I have 8 reliance connections, I'll put all into portability to some other network.
