Anonymous on "Unnessary balance deduction in Reliance Mobile"

I am reliance user and my number is 9023851947.Often it happens that the balance of my mobile has been reduced by rs. 5,3 in a day after every 1 or two days and on enquiry from customer care, the response is unsatisfactory, many time i register my complaints in nearby corporate office but no response from there.I recharged my phone with rs 50 /-and my balance comes to 0 after one week every time when I recharged. My balance cut due to vas sevice balance reductions and I hadn't started any such service .please listen to my complaint .Reliance has already cut a lot of my balance by way of these short deductions..
