I had purchased the Reliance Netconnect and from the day i purchased i am not able to use is it as there is a problem in my area (Vijayanagar, Mysore), this was told by there call center execuite that there is a problem in that it will be rectified in 3months. So i asked till it is rectified give me a discount but they are not agreed to it and they are sending the bill with full charge and i am not able to use. when i stopped paying the bill they disconnected and sent a notice from the court. what shall i do?
Can i put this case to consumer court and ask for composition? as i have paid the bill for 3 to 4 months.
