I booked my ticket through redbus for chennai to kodaikanal. I had a pick up from shollingnallur at 5:15, so I called up the guy asking about the van.He started shouting at me and said that there are no tickets confirmed by your name, Nobody called me after that.But at 6 pm he calls me and says that i missed my van and now to catch up the bus i have to reach the central bus stop within 1 hour which is 31 km from my place. So i had to miss the bus all because of there mistakes,and now they are not refunding the balance,
