Sir i am a vodafone postpaid customer.i have a complaint against vodafone.i wrote an email to vodafone company.this email will show whole matter-:
Dear sir,
My mobile no.is 9828692555.i am postpaid customer.in april 2014 a service called masti club was activated.when bill generated for this month i saw excess bill amount. Then i called customer care for solution. I told your cra to stop my masti club services.he said your masti club services will be stopped and it will not reflect in your next bill cycle.after this i thought i have done my job.but when next bill came it again had excess amount. Again i called customer care.he told me that your service was not stopped thats why your bill is showing excess amount.
My point is when i called your cra on may 20 why didn't he stopped masti club service. Why i have to pay excess bill amount when its totally your cra's fault.
I complained many times to customer care but they couldn't solve my problems.they'd just refunded 1 week charge. But i want my whole month's charge.please look into this matter & refund me my whole charge from 20 may 2014.for reference i am sending you my complaint no.70551794.
