Iam a reliance communcations customer using phone number-+918500653698.I had a balance 0f 111 in my account on 7/714 initially. i activated a pack worth Rs.16 for whatsapp for a month on 8/7/14. then i used only whatsapp for 5 mintues on 8/7/14 and then my balance is Rs36 . An amount of 64 rupees is deducted from my account unnecessarily. i immediatey called the customer care agent and complained about it on 8/7/14 .He said that it has been charged wrongly and i will get a refund of Rs64 with in 48 hours.He also said that he registered a complaint and forwarded that complaint to me.His name is Gowtham. I called the customer care on 9/7/14 as i did not get a refund and was shocked to hear that there was no complaint registered abount my grievance.They now say that i had been charged Rs.64 for browsing internet and what i opened is whatsapp application for 5 minutes. They don't even tell me the amount of data usage and how much i had been charged for certain amount of data. They even tell that they don't have details of the person who attended my call yesterday and misleaded me. The events of reliance unnecessarily deducting balance of customers is ever growing. Unless the necessary steps are taken by the concerned officials man y more customers would be cheated and there will be no bounds for atrocities of reliance communications.So kindly please take immediately necessary action against reliance communications limited and I demand the amount deducted from my account unethically
