iam an owner of royal enfield classic 350cc,and today (5/7/14) was my first service in SS MOTORS ,puthiyangadi(p.o),calicut,kerala,india. In service manual book they have printed lots of things including free water wash ,and other parts checking ,oil change etc.when i went to collect my bike today (since they given todays date) they didnt even water washed it.they charged me rs.1000 for oil change and when i enquired about water wash they said they only need to do oil change and the staffs even raised their hand toward us for questioning about the servce manual book and their poor behavior toward customers.
also i have booked for service 15 days before and usually if we book for service and give bike in the date they given us (3/7/14)they should service it and give back bike that same day but i got my bike two days after the date ie(5/7/14). when i gave my bike i noted its kilo meter reader as 509 and when i recieved my bike its the same.that means they didnt even test drived it.
Really had an bad day ,they given no value to customers. Iam looking forward to take necessary action against SS motors ,calicut ,kerala. for not doing their job properly and shouting and raising their hand towards me.
