My name is Anup Singh Negi. I want to register a complaint against vodaphone store employees attitude and behavior. As of now I am using two numbers of vodaphone. Problem started when I got the bill of Rs 3000 of internet usage. I decided to convert the postpaid into prepaid upon visiting the nearest vodaphone store, after clearing the billed and unbilled amount, I took a token no. 129. I have to wait for close the 2 hours for my turn, to my surprise the executive (female) asked me she can not take this request so told me to go to counter-C, Mr. krishna (executive) was managing this counter who was already busy handling other customers so had to wait further for another 10 to 15 minutes. At first he tried to convince me to stay connected with us in postpaid by offering various lucrative offers but when I requested him that I want prepaid connection only. Let's watch how I was humiliated by vodaphone executive Mr. Krishna.
Mr. Krishna: Wait......
He started handling other customers meanwhile....
Me. Excuse me.. Excuse me................Excuse me no response and mind you I was standing right in front of him.
Me: Can you hear me?
Mr. Krishna: With aggression after so many excuse me and can you hear me..said 1 minute.
He took another few minutes and did not respond back..
Me: Excuse me...Excuse me>>>>>>>>>Excuse me "I am talking to you"
Mr. Krishna: With fire in his eyes he looked at me as If I have done some crime in converting the postpaid to prepaid.
He said in a uncouth way " Can't you see I am busy"? Earlier he was free when he was pitching me another postpaid plan but soon after my firm reply for prepaid, he got busy with another customer. Remember, I was ready with all the formalities required for prepaid.
Me: How can you talk to me like this: Mr. Krishna reply: With bold and uncouth way aur kaise baat karoon. Unbilled amount pay kar dijiye..
Me. There is no one here, I want to pay by card.
Mr. Krishan. what should I do. "ladka lunch par gaya hai"
There were two other customers also with me who wanted to pay bill but could not. I asked is not there anyone who would take this billing counter while he is having lunch.
Mr. krishna: No not possible (with rustic approach)
I had to go outside because there kiosk did not take cards, had to go all the way to ATM than finally I deposited the unbilled amount. I filled up the prepaid form. Now see again what happened.
Me. I have filled up the form.
Mr.krishna: Attach sim here again with rough note..
Me. Please take the form. To my surprise look at the reply of this executive as If I am his sub-ordinate

Look at this approach OH MY GOD is it vodaphone. Is that the reason, i switched from india's telecom giant airtel to vodaphone. I regret....
I want to know what further action will be taken against such executive and what about the services of this particular store, trust me the behavior of everyone there is absolutely intolerable.
