hi iam aakash bhatt i submitted my nokia lumia 720 for volume down key is not working first a fall they didnt accept my phone they said phone is out of warranty when i gave my and said it is on warranty then they confuse me alot and finnaly submitted it but what i see my phone back me to some serious matters like battery drain much , scratch all over body even on camera glass poor fit my sim tray is also not as much good when i said all things to their executive they said its normal and its not affecting on ur os or ur phone and smile i argument on it but i have less time so i decided i recived or go to home but suddenly what i see on my phone my touch led lights are not working i suddenly call to nokia okhla phase 2 and say all matter and they said meet to our manger . next day i go to nokia care okhla 2 . i waited 2 hour and its realy irrtatting me. i just ask a executive when i meet to ur manger i wait alot they said 20 minutes more sir eating food . 20 minutes later i meet finally manger and said every thing first a fall they didnt accept the fault for his side but when i say point to point him they said now u submit ur phone i personaaly innvolved in this case. i said its one month going on when u finnaly give my phone they promise 6 ro 7 days nw what i call today and ask for my phone they said 8 days to more please help me court. my phone no 08285449912,7503807791 aakash bhatt
