Anonymous on "Incorrect Bill of 9899557087"

Dear Sir

I activated a internet pack of 300 mb on 7 may. After 4 days i
recrived a call from vodafone,he told me that how to see data usages
and pack detail by dialing *111# then 5 then 1, i said to him to
deactivate this pack on 19 may (Last date of my billing cycle). But in next billing cycle i was
looking my data usage and pack detail as told by your executive, it
means it was sure that data pack was not deactivated on 19 may as i
requested. Then i continued net using for next billing cycle 20.5.14 to
19.6.14
Even i received a sms from vodafone on 08.06.2014 that i have reached upto 300 MB of my net pack. It means Net Pavk was Activated during 20.05.2014 to 19.06.2014.
Now my bill has generated on 19.06.2014 and showing that whole above billing period
net pack was not activated and charged me accordind to their standered
rate. After 20th june when i dial *111# then 5 then
1.answer no data pack available on your number.it means now my data
pack has been deactivated then why u charged me data charges for
billing period 20.5.14 to 19.6.14

I have mailed to vodafonecare.del@vodafone.com on 22.06.2014 then i received a call from vodafone executive Neha Bist
i told her all the problem. She agreed that wrong data usage charged to me and launched a complaint and told me that within 48 hours your problem will be resolve. After 2 days i send a mail to vodafone to know status of my complaint, then i receive a mail from different executive that data usage charged genuinely so bill can not revise.
I have been mailed to vodafone 7 to 8 times but i dont received any possitve response from their side. every time they launched complaint and after 2 days send me mail that data usage charged genuinely.

So please help me
