It has been a regular job for me in last 2 months to close this dam Reliance data card service. But no clue like who will take care of this concern. Trying my last attempt. The following are the communication summary

Almost I have paid close to Rs: 1300 for not engaging the services. It still continues
The problem started with the Device issue, continued with plan issues and finally landed into Termination issue.
Connecting with the Customer care is a Great challenge. I can show the attempt and Airtel charge on keeping the call hold all the time. So the Termination request given in email and after a long struggle Collection team taken the Request to Terminate the Service with the legal Payment, I am struggling to close this connection since last 3 months, but really its big vine.
Already I have paid the outstanding for no reason. Again I cant tolerate this bill any more. Please request to help to close this issue.
