3 jan 2014 5:04 PM receive a sms. in this sms tall me that VAS Techzone charge Rs10 deduct from my main balance i try to call *333 and *198 to reliance customer care to know about this but after try many times there is no response on this number then i find the number 30333333 and i call on this no 5 jan 2014 3:39 PM call connected and disconnected again i try to call 30333333 again 6 jan 2:56 PM but the customer care support ans me that he has only three day update on my no and no deduction on my no this days
sir this charges also deduct many times in past and last days i got refund Rs 3 on date 25/12/2013
sir i register the complaint to customer support to stop all the VAS service on my no after did this the charge will deduct on my no
sir plz solve this problem and try to refund my money as soon as possibly
