Myself Jaisal P T. I Have travelled in indigo Airline (6E 32) from Kathmandu to Delhi on 23/06/14 . Flight reached at Delhi airport at 3.45 PM. When I reached near belt to get my baggage, it found totally damaged condition. I have reported the same thing to indigo airport staffs. And i have asked them to replace my bag with a new one. They have replied that they can reimburse only Rs 3000.00 against the actual cost of the bag appx- Rs60000.00( Brand name - Mont banc) and cannot give anything more than that. And they have advised me to make a complaint against the same & their customer care will contact you in the next day for further actions. I have done the same, but till this time I didn’t get any call from indigo customer care department. Even they are not willing to get me a correct reply & suggestion to me when I called them.
Please advise me to how can I get a replacement of my bag otherwise compensation for the same. I have attached here with the copy of Property irregularity report (PIR), copy of boarding pass & some photos of the damaged bag for your kind reference.
