I am a prepaid mobile user of Reliance communications since more than 2 years bearing my mobile number +91 8099457599 , address of H.No 8-5-231/4 , vasavi nagar , laxminagar area , KARIMNAGAR (Dist)- 505001. 15 days back (tentatively from 10th June, 2014) when i am trying to send messages from my mobile then no message is going out. then i verified my mobile message settings and corrected many times and tried to resend messages , but always it was failed to send messages. Then i made a complaint to customer care (198) and confirmed that , service provider de-activated my SMS out going facility by saying un-usual reason. still i have requested to activate (enable) my mobile SMS services immediately. then they given me a request number (complaint No.) 3931367003 on 21/06/2014 by customer care executive Shravan and given time of 48 hours, but after 48 hours also they were not activated. Again i called customer care to inquire about the same problem then again they given me another 24 hours of time on 23/06/2014 and they gave me another request number(complaint No.) 3934483473 by Mr. Naresh. later another request number (complaint No.) 3934828196 on the same day given by Mr. Syed basheer but so far they were not solved my problem. later when i am trying to call to customer care (198/ *333) to know the status and reason for not solving my problem then they were not responding properly and speaking very arrogantly and rigid. Since last 4 days i am suffering with this problem to send authorized SMS to my banker by which i lost few financial transactions to transfer amount through internet banking. even i am unable to PORT services to another mobile service provider due to non-availability of my mobile SMS outgoing service.
In spite of above all i made complaint to nodal office of reliance (040-30331771) on 23/06/2014. Then my call was landed to mumbai whey i have dialed to hyderabad. Then i submitted my problem to mumbai nodal center of reliance to solve immediately, they given me a another request number(complaint No.) 221808946 but they are not solving my problem since last few days and not only that they were stopped services of customer care interaction for my mobile. Then i made call from another reliance number to inquire about the same problem but customer care executives not responding to solve my problem.
I want to present the same problem to you take necessary action for harassing the customer by stopping SMS services, not providing PORTING facility and also for stopping of customer care interaction for my mobile. This is absolutely harassing customer and i lost my patience and i am complaining to you with lots of expectation of justice as common layman customer.
Hence, i request you to take necessary action immediately.
