It is very unprofessional on airtles’ part not to resolve a very important issue since Saturday 21.06.2014
This is with regards to my mobile number 8106061616
1) Since 20.06.2014 I have not been able to send messages and I had tried calling the damn bad service 121 at least 40 times on Saturday from 2 different mobile numbers belonging tome ie 08106061616 and 9885060880 but in vain as it goes to the stage where “ please wait while we connect your call to a customer care executive “ and it disconnects for reasons best known to them
2) I could get through 121 only on Sunday 22.006.2014 and some illiterate male on the phone guided me wrong wastage 1 hour and could not resolve the problem and the sweetest answer as always “ we shall get back to you” and never got back
3) Again on 23.06.2014 I had to visit the airtel store at paradise with token number 10 and again the same answer” it shall be resolved by evening:” some non technical girl called me and ate my head and insisted that I try *#5005*7672*+919849087001# in spite of politely explaining her that Sunday I have tried all this and again a “ we shall get back to you “ and nothing happened
4) Again after lot of calls I could reach one mr.amar @ 4:00 pm on 24.06.2014 with COMPLAINT NUMBER 1527393911 but in vain, he tried to again insist on dialing *#5005*7672# and *#5005*7672*+919849087001# but in vain again.
I fail to understand the unprofessional ism of airtel, they are just not bothered how much work, personal life is hindered, I have taken a package of 200 sms per day and also 1000 per month, hope airtel understands its not for fun, the worst part is for any enquiry you guys hide your faces and when we are at fault the judgment is then and there
Who is responsible for the loss and the trauma that one goes through because of your uneducated, unprofessional and non technical staff?
Will you bear the same thins is bills aren’t paid on time and to top it all I am labeled ass a premium customer, is this the treatment to a premium customer.
