Hi,
My name is Arijit Roy and I am stay in Dhanori (Pune). I had taken the Wimax connection from Reliance Broadband on June 2012 for the speed of 1Mbps Unlimited Plan.
On 26th May 2014 i called the Reliance Customer Care at 1800-3000-7777 for cancellation of this connection since i wanted to change the vendor. The complaint no. was 220729359. The next day i got an sms saying the complain was being processed.
On 28th May i again called Reliance CC and got another request ID registered for the cancellation 220799001, since I didn't get a callback after waiting for 48hrs as stated by the customer care.
After waiting for 10 days, i sent an email to Reliance on June 9th to the following address broadband@relianceada.com.
On June 13th i get a reply which says that the instruments will be collected within 15 days of the cancellation.
On June 17th i again email them asking for an update on the status of cancellation, but i received no reply till date. I had emailed them again yesterday (23rd June) and also called their Pune Nodal Office but they are not willing to help.
They keep on asking me to callback the Nodal no. and choose option 2 for Wireless, BUT THERE IS NO OPTION 2 IN THE IVR!!! You just choose the Language option and it automatically redirects you to the officer!
This is a pathetic service that they are providing with no care whatsoever for the end consumer. Shameful.
