Anonymous on "unwanted service activation and balance deduction"

I am using 8010126438 delhi gsm number. Some value added service are being activated on its own and balance is being deducted. In a recent case missed call alert service has been activated and balance has been deducted. Even after sms request to deactivate the service the same has not been de activated and balance of Rs 30 has been deducted. On contacting customer care executive(toll freee *333 not working, 198 network busy so called on paid number and spent another 14 Rs) that it can be deactivated but refund can not be done. for asking a complaint number he did not filed the complaint and said that he is unable to do so.
This is happening very frequently and has become very common with reliance.
The most poor and pathetic service provider who has invented a new sophisticated way of thieving.
Finally closing the number and will file complaint with trai tomorrow.
