Dear sir,
I placed an order on june 2nd and my order number is 9782517 in rediff. there are total of two items(watches) - one item they informed us that the item is been delivered and the other is pending. even after twenty days I didn't receive the items and these rediff people are not at all responding.. when I checked with blue dart-their courier partner,the item status is "shipped back to the shipper".
I don't understand what is wrong with them. please ban these fraud websites from cheating people.
please help.
