I am ABHAY KUMAR SINGH(PN. NO-7677154382). For this number a recharge for internet is done of RS15 on Friday which was having three days validity. On Sunday till 12 in my account RS 30 balance was there but full balance was deducted from my account in evening time. When I called customer care they were telling that full balance was gone in internet.And for the period of three days i am sure that i was not able to use 128MB DATA.Then how my internet balance was completly gone and my main balance is deducted, And after 12 I opened Facebook once and I downloaded some 30kb from internet. For that how you can deduct rs30 from my account please clarify for this. This is not the first time I am facing this issue from reliance. Please do the needful asap.
