Anonymous on "Paying guest owner harassment"

Hello,
I have been staying in different paying guests in Bangalore since 2008. I have been studying in RV College still one more year to complete my education. I have joined new PG since december 2011 till may 2012. As the PG owner asked for 15000rs before joining PG, i have paid same in urgent. And they had informed that before 3months i have to tell. So that they will adjust 15000 for last 3month stay. While this month paying PG rent I wanted them to know again that I am leaving PG by may 31. So I have given a information letter and a copy to sign and keep with me. But owner are quarelling that they are not adjusting 15000 untill may 31. instead I have to stay untill august 2012. As per my college schedule from june to august I have holidays. How can I pay for not staying 3month rent for free.. My father is pension holder. If this kind of harassment is going on at PG whom do i have to consult? other PG mates in my PG also paid same amount, when I asked them to come and support me in this issue. they dont want to take risk in this matter,if my matter settles then only they go for their money. Can any one please guide me in this matter. Owner is been telling they throw away my stuffs from room. etc.. in between this some religious partiality is going on with christian students. Could any one suggest me next step?
