My name is Anju Satnalika Ph:9332344322. I am a resident of Raniganj West Bengal and I use a reliance postpaid sim. I joined the network with a plan of rs 330 which inclued 1Gb 3g internet late last year. Service was ok for the 1st few months but then i never got any 3g networks.The monthly bill came a day before the last date of payment and showed my plan of rs 440. Taxes and other VAS were added without my consent. I did not get any 2g or 3g network coverage even in a city like Bengaluru where Airtel has introduced high speed 4g services.I went to Reliance Office-Universal Infocomm,26 N.S.B Rd,beside HDFC Bank Raniganj-713347 but they misbehaved and even said that they do not fear of complaints against them they shamelessly gave the customer care no and told to complain. They also said that they are not bothered if we terminate the connection or move to other network. Even during payment of bills I had to make atleast 2-3 rounds as they had a long list of excuses like no internet, no electricity,no balance or non availibility of staff. They often raises his voice while talking to us.I cannot believe how a big company such as Reliance can hire people like these. I hope this matter is looked after. Btw I will soon put my no. for porting on Airtel unless satisfactory action is not taken.
