I m having loan with HDFC bank, my payement date is 4th of every month. bt they havenot deducted that ammount, n suddenly manager called me, n saying, if u vl not pay the late payment fee 450 rs, than u vl go to the civil. n I am saying if u can go to civil. I can go to consumer court. n 1more thing, can u let me know. wt is the another procedure to pay the loan ammount, directly in the bank.
