Renewed internet connection on 19.05.2013 - Receipt No : 13-14/3266 Rs: 4300/- under plan rev6-SSplus-imbps-30 Gb.In 39 days more than 28 complaints launched regarding non functioning of internet connection. Frequent phone calls (269 calls). No proper response.
Visited personally to Chandra Net Pvt Ltd, Ahmedabad. Met Mr. Aman Malhotra. He assured problem will be solved with ONE hr. from 14.11Hr. After that repeated calls to Mr. Dushyant Patel (Associate). He too assured to solve (Call from him at 16.09 Hr) Still not cleared. No response till this complain.
