I purchased a Karbonn A6 mobile handset on 10/08/2013. Soon it started giving me problems while charging. I have submitted the handset to one of the Karbonn service center F-Tech Services on 17/10/2013. From the date it is almost 4 months now, I have not received my handset back. I have sent mails on the support email adderss "support@karbonnmobiles.com" on 04/01/2014 and 08/01/2014, but could not get response other than "Your complaint is under process". I requested them to provide me with new handset as the mobile handset possess some fatal problem that it can''t be repaired by the company more than 4 months now. Similarly, I called on the cell no. provided by service center, which is mostly switched off, or they come up with some vague answers. This is forcing me to use older handset which is causing me problems as that has no internet facility and call quality is degraded causing me to miss important client calls, and escalations on me. I request you to please look into this issue ASAP, and take required action to bring back my handset or money I have spent on buying such a useless product. Thanking you, -Vaibhav Tillu
