My number is 8880974576. Several time without any intimation these people are deducting balances like anything. on April 29 to 1st May 2014 many times, without any notification my balance was got deducted. And when calling to customer care facing below issue like.
1. Toll free number not at all getting connected to customer care.
2. Always customer care executive will be busy (if we call via non toll free number). Simply these people earning money with this.
3. Some how after long attempt is it get connected first time, i got response as their server is down, I have to recall them back after 30 minutes.
4. When I tried to call with any other mobile number, it is getting connected to very fast ( might be because charges are very high for call for them to earn money). But I m getting response as they are not allowed to give me any response as I am calling from different number, even though I was giving my proper identity and all.
* Getting very harsh response from costumer care executive always. We never feel that they are executives.
* Not sure what they are activating themselves and deducting charges like anything.
They never been clear for deducting money and never give satisfied answer ever.
