I recently shifted to a new place from 7/ 46 to 7/41. On the 15th of May, one member of Relaince local team, Santosh came for the shifting. When I refused to pay him Rs600 for the shifting, he disconnected the cable and took it away with him. Also he used foul language against me. As far as I know the charges for shifting is to be adjusted to my next bill.
After having me cleared my pending bill, the local team has alleged that the connection is not feasible in my new location, when actually the connection was working fine the other day. I took it away only because I refused to bribe them.
Please tell me the procedure to file a case against the Company.
