This is with reference to my reliance data card number 9379631840. I have requested to terminate my Reliance Net Connect connection due to frequent issues with the data card or the connectivity. Despite termination request via email and over phone, the bill was generated for the month of Sep and Oct 2013 and now, being harrassed to pay them. Oct bill clearly shows that the data usage for the period is ZERO. Even after sharing the email proofs to consumer care, appeleate depts, the issue is outstanding.
I told them that my connection is already terminated, but they din't give me proper answer. Now after several months, they are asking me pay some huge amount threating that cibil score would be manipulated by them. I registered a complaint, but my problem is not addressed. They are asking me to pay amount for their negligence and inaction.
