Anonymous on "Unfair data usage charges in a free offer"

Vodafone Team,

I am a Vodafone corporate user holding the number +91 9674646803 using the plan VG_DL_MV_HCL150_NEW and the data plan Mi_C_V_125_30d_D1gb_2g@ 125.

I have used a new Sony Experia M and on inserting the sim in the new phone I got an free offer of 1 GB 3G usage for 2 months.

Post consumption of 1 GB of data, the additional usage has been charged at 10ps/10 kb and produce an extra bill of 3403.30/-.

This was a free offer and it was strongly assumed that the 3g service will be stopped either 1 GB data is consumed or 2 months is over, whichever is earlier.

There are many 3G plans which charges quite less in compare to this. It’s completely unfair to trap the consumer, specially the corporate user for such free offer and charging them unreasonable by not stopping the undesired services.
This seems to be a mal practice by Vodafone for charging users more without their willingness. There is a lack of transparency which is not ethical.

I am extremely unhappy with the service and want Vodafone to shred off the extra charges immediately.
Please correct it and produce revived bill after weaving of the excess data charges.
