I placed the order(INR799, Tupperware lunch box) on April 22, 2014 and to this date(May 5, 2014) there is no status on this order. Everytime i call after waiting for at least 30 min someone answers and they have no idea about my issue and everytime i have to repeat the same story, they donot maintain the last call detail/summary. On escalating the issue Kajal, the senior executive, told me she will personally handle the case and will update me. Till date there is no response from her. Similarly, Frederick, the call center supervisor did the same. I cannot connect to anyone. Feel very helpless and frustrated. All i need is my money back and never to shop with Rediff again
