In a unlawful way more than Rs. 100 from phone's main balance was deducted by RELIANCE COMMUNICATION on 2nd May 2014 and on same day when I spoke to customer care he assured me that deducted money will be refunded within 48hrs and gave me complaint number 203143210. However, no deducted amount was refunded after 72 hrs and on 5th May,2014 when I spoke to customer care regarding this issue he refused to transfer the deducted balance and told me rudely that there is no complaint registered against my number. When I requested him to check the issue that more than Rs.100 deducted from my phone unlawfully due to GPRS usage when I have already activated GPRS plan recharged on 29th April, 2014 he rudely told me that he can't check this issue as system is not showing. So I request you to register this complain against Reliance COM. As they are cheating innocent consumers in day light.
