Anonymous on "complaint against VODAFONE"

Respected sir/mam,
i am using vodafone mobile network, i check mobile internet offers in *111# it have RS.124 for 1GB data. so,recharched RS.124. but it have only 650MB. I call for customer care, it says change the offer. so, only have 650MB.
no inform in my mobile number for change the plan activities
