Anonymous on "Complaint against Vodafone services"

Hello,

I'm very frustrated customer of vodafone. I've registered a complaint last month on consumer court portal and i got call back from vodafone, and after discussion the executive agreed to come back to me within a week's time with resolution. Probably they must have closed the ticket raised here stating - Called Customer-, but the problem is yet to be solved. This is very poor service once again vodafone.

Background : Am using (my family) three vodafone numbers since last 7 years. Recently in 2012 i shifted to Virar (a suburb in western Mumbai) where i found no network at all. I'm raising complaints since 2-3 years now but no positive feedback on my complaint also the resolution is yet to come. Finally vodafone has agreed that they will plant a cell site near my area which again take 6 months (approx) if all goes well. It may take more, and they dont have the actual timeline to defend on this. My question is, should still continue paying their bills in full though i dont get required services from vodafone? Am already paying it since last 2 years, still they want me to continue the same as they are yet to find the correct person to take action on my question.
I've already written to Nodal team, appellate team several time, but they always respond saying we have identified the problem and the cell site will be planted within 6 months (approx).

This is not the answer am looking for, I believe they dont have answer for my question. If it takes 2 years to encounter the problem nobody will believe that you are going to fix it within 6 months.

Have some courage guys to accept the fact and action accordingly, don't hide. This is that the way business is done.
