Anonymous on "Complaint against HDFC BANK"

I am Rajendra Ade holding salary account of HDFC bank for Worli, Mumbai. On the Morning of 18 Oct 2012, I received two SMS :a)stating withdrawal of the amount Rs.48640.81, b) Dear Customer, your HDFC card has been temporarily block as we are unable to reach you to Confirm the recent usage. I have not performed this transaction. In this regard, I raised the complaint in HDFC Bank with complaint no MUMC1012128867. Still from one month, there is no action from the Hdfc Bank branch Manager (Tejas Mistry). They have not shared the transaction details told like your transaction is Authorized transaction, I have not lost my ATM card my ATM card is along with me. I had received the SMS on mobile “Dear Customer, your HDFC card has been temporarily blocked as we are unable to reach you to confirm the recent usage” For Authorized transaction bank never reply such messages. Hdfc bank manager are not cooperative the action taken by HDFC bank manager against fraud transaction is to define out it is the authorized transaction instead off they have not try to find out transaction details. It is confirmed it is fraud transaction due to the hdfc security problem. At the first day they have balm on me you have not using the anitiviours license copy. I have my own computer installed with quick heal license copy,As per my account statement, my ATM card not swaps for any shop like Big Bajar, Cinema hall etc.The details given by HDFC bank 16 digit card no, its expiry date, CVV Number ATM Pin number. I have not shared those details with anyone. So who will be responsible for this transaction? If bank will not provide the security to protect the saving account, how can I trust on bank system? As per Right to Information Act, 2005 I should to know on which basis: it is authorized transaction. The action taken by HDFC bank manager against fraud transaction it is total safe side of bank but they are not clearing the details- Hacked IP address, City Location the transaction person name. I request to you bank will refund the deducted amount of Rs.48640.81 in my HDFC account. Please help us in this request. Regards, Rajendra Ade
