Iam P Dileep Kumar, email "sunny.dileepkumar@gmail.com". I have taken reliance datacard one year back (no 9397819484) in Warangal (Andhra Pradesh). I before few months i got moved out of warangal. Iam leaving in rural area so no signal. i put request to disconnect online. They disconnected my datacard. and giving bill from 3 months. Without using how they can charge that much. the customers care fellows also not replying to my actual request when called them. After few days they calling me and asking me to pay the bill. Few days back some advocate (i think fake advocate) called me order me to pay the bill. when i explain her my problem she asked me to speak to her boss (manager). But yesterday some other advocate called me they not at all listening to me and making me of getting prosecution in court etc...
Last time also i got call and with lot of tension &fear i rushed to internet cafe pay bill from my friends account.
Before last month i got bill for above 800 Rs., where my plan is around 500 Rs. For last month bill they changed my plan without even notifying me. Now the overall bill is 1699/-. Some fellows calling and irritating me.
I can pay the bill now but what if the same situation repeats as last time.I asked them to disconnect me then i will pay the bill. They are telling me to somewhere not even in District (around 300 kms) for reliance store and also not assuring me that problem will be solved.
What should i do now.
Please i cant bear this mental tension.
