after selection you give 15000 , i trust him but through net banking
15558.50 rs deducted from my account, he said the amount is return in 24
hours but because of fraud in my account 15558.50 rs is deducted and am
not receive any money .

I need my money back please

this is regarding the deduction of balance for unnecessary VAS. my mobile number is 8882095159
also when i contact the customer care, i am directed to the IVR system which stops the VAS service but there is no refund of balance. also' later in a week time, same VAS is activated again charging me for that service.
the followin are the deductions made automatically without my permission.
1. VAS USSD - 17.8.2013 - AMOUNT RS .3
2. VAS USSD - 24.8.2013 - AMOUNT RS .3
3. VAS Evolve - 27.8.2013 - AMOUNT RS .5

I activated a service on my network for which my balance got deducted.even after paying for that service,when i tried to use the benefits of that service i lost all my balance in main account.when i tried to reach out to the costumer care people they consistently asked me to call them back.even after contacting them so many times i have not been able to use that service and get information about unnoticed balance deductions.

This is with reference to complaints lodged with HDFC bank with complaints no.s 13327185066 and 13334211530 in relation to Titanium edge credit card issued. I was not even informed that a fees of Rs. 670 would be initially charged on the credit card in the first statement. After that, I was told that if I make a transaction woth INR 10,000 the fees charged in the statement would be waived off in the next bill but it has not been done as I had made a transaction worth the required amount. Please look into this matter asap as I wont be paying the bill that has become due if the fees is not waived off. Further, I have been trying to contact the customer care executives via the HDFC bank helpline no 01161606161 but nobody is answering my call for the past one week. There is a limit to everything and I am really disgusted with the way HDFC is ignoring the complaints made by its customers and not attending to them.

On 3rd dec I requested to update my contact no. by personally visiting the HDFC Branch located in South City II, D-Block Market, Gurgaon Haryana and the lady in branch told me it will be updated in 7 working days.
But post 2 weeks also my number wasn't updated. I called the branch on 17-dec stating the same, they registered the complaint and told me that it will be resolved in 7 working days. BUT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE...THEY JUST REGISTERED THE COMPLAINT....THATS IT.
Again on 26dec I called and they told me we will arrange a call back from branch itself.
on 27dec somebody from the Gurgaon branch called me and told me that they are unable to find the form and they apologize and will be sending someone to get the form signed from me again within half an hour. BUT TILL NOW AGAIN NO RESPONSE....
THIS IS HOW A PROFESSIONAL BANK WORKS....DOES UPDATING A NUMBER REQUIRES A MONTH...
To change a number first bank makes the mandate that you have to visit the branch personally and then bank misplaces the form and except the person to go again and submit the request....

I was given wrong information at vodofone store located at Trimulgherry, secunderabad. When i went to re-activate my lost phone no. They suggested me to take internet connection and explain various features. As i was having post paid corporate connection,, they suggested me take 2gb which will cost +99rs from my regular bill. i agreed but i am shocked to see such a huge bill today of Rs. 2811.27. i CANNOT & WILL NOT be able to pay such amount. This is a fraud. i have checked with vodafone customer care n deactivated the internet service till further clarification. I am seriously upset by this. I want justice. This is a trap.

As my mobile no.766624422,. Using gsm sim.. I have already, thala pack 74 in November month it has validity till February, but now i hav wrongly put 94 pack on 21/12/2013. Even without completion of validity of 74pack, how can it overlap another call booster.. I have already had complain on 21st,23rd,26th/12/2013 this month.. Till now my problem not solved yet. And my previous complain no.3605682576 Was without solving it was closed. Other then i am very irritated with customer care on of the member in cust. Care have spoked with me bad words in tamil, indicating my family members. Just see the recording which i have call to 198  from 7667624322.. On Saturday night around 8.15pm.. Nw my call rate going 0.90p/min to all number. Plz cancel 94booster.. Activate 74booster as soon as possible.

Cheater Money Minded Doctor – Mis guiding the patients. I had visited Faizee Dental Clinic in the month of June 2012 to get suggestion from Dr.Shahul Hameed Faizee on my dental decay fil ling and putting any Cap on the top of it. I had a under-bite class III case. Lower teeth is more visible than upper one. He did not consider this and suggested me to have a bridge by removing all front upper 4 teeth and told me your teeth can be straighten only in this manner. He showed me some of dummy models and bridges I was totally brain washed by him and he gave me a hope that after removing decayed teeth and putting bridge I can have straight teeth with nice smile. He never told the impact of removing teeth and having metal bridge in mouth. Never said the dis advantages. His intention was just to make money. As a dentist he had multiple options to save my partially decayed teeth. Actually in my case only Jaw surgery can only be the right method to correct the bite. But he intentionally pulled all 4 teeth and put me metal bridge for all six teeth ( canine to canine). After removing the teeth only, I came to know that my problem is with Jaw and cannot have straight teeth even after removing. Bridge can only be done protruded and short. After removing natural teeth my upper jaw bone shrink more inside. He made me problem double. The day I entered his clinic I lost my half of the life… I was not able to sleep or bite using that metal bridge, so consulted another cosmetic dentist and having Zirconia bridge with maximum possible results. I am helpless now, cannot go for Implants, this needs bone graft and sinus lift, which is more risky in my case. Jaw surgery also no use now, natural teeth not there then going for surgical correction now is waste. Only way is to live with this, by controlling the pain and metal radiation feel in mouth :( My kind request to all of my brothers and sisters that please please never visit that doctor.. and spoil your life. Hope any of the Doctor / Dentist who is reading this blog will understand what is my situation right now. Please do not ever do these kind of treatments to your patients just for money sake. I still believe there are many more fraud dentists who are out there to just make money, not to give better solution.
Now the question to common man.
If a BDS+MDS + A college professor does this then where should we go as a common man?
What is our IDA doing?
Doctor itself killing patients .. then where is the humanity stands???

Mein Ahmed Ali Sayyed Kotak Bank Card last four years se use kar rha hoon, every month mein minim payment karta aa rha hoon, app mera previous record check kar sakte hai, last four month mere kuch finical issue ho rahe hai, mein apni last partly payment October ke first week mein bhi ki hai, mere finical issues ke karan mein settlement pe jana chata tha aur mein ap ke agency ko request ki thi muje 3000/ se 3500/- ki emi par muje settle kar de, isi par baat chal rahi thi lekin aap ki taraf se agency ke person Mr. Sameer jis ne apne aap ko muje se Deputy Manager of Kotak Bank introduce kiya tha, lekin 14 November ko Mr. Sameer ka phone aya is no se 41021622 (same tel no. se meri Ms. Deepali ya Ms. Rupali se aur Mr.Hardeep se bhi baat hui thi), mein Sameer se request hi kar rha tha ki 3000/- to 3500 tak emi par settle kar do, emi month jyda kar do, lekin sameer ne muje bhut loudly and abuse talk ki aur muje dhamki di, sameer ne kha tumari aukat nahi hai to card kyun use kiya etc, aur muje maa bahen ki aur etc galiya di aur dhamki di ke muje uttwa le ga aur gayab kar wa dega. mein bhut normal person hoon, sameer ki istarah ki dhamki sun kar muje bhut unfill hua, phone karne ke half hour ke baad muje talash karte hue koi Do (2) person (aadmi) mere office aye the. Is ke baad se mein apne aap ko bhut insecure fill kar rha hoon. Muje bank ka paisa dena hai aur mein doon ga hi aur mere pervious record se aap ko pata chal jaye ga ki mein barbar payment karta aa rha hoon, muje bank ka paisa dubana nahi hai, is liye hi mein ne Mr. Vinay jis ne mueje next day call kiya tha Aur 50000/- par settlement with 8 EMI ka offer kiya tha, lekin mein ne Vinay se ye hi kha tha ki mein payment kar doon ga pa muje sirf bank se apologies letter de do, Vinay ne kah ki who apne senior se meri baat kar wate hai lekin bank ki taraf se koi call nahi aya, one week phele ek call aya tha mein use bhi apologies letter ki hi request ki thi, phir 9 December ko Mr. Parkash ka call aya aur kha who muj se milna chate hai, mein ne kha ki kal office ke address pe aa jaye aur 3 baje ke baad mil sakta hon, Parkash ne kha ki call kar ke ayein ge, lekin next day me Mr. Rajesh without call kar ke 10.45 am ko hi aa gaye, us phele 9:50 am koi banada kotak bank ki atraf se phele hi aa ke gaya tha. us waqat mein office mein nahi tha. lekin Mr. Rajesh se mulaqat hui, mein un se bhi ye kha ki who muje apologies letter de bank ki taraf se, lekin rajesh ne kha ki who letter nahi de sakte, rajesh ne kha ki bank ne us agency aur us bande (sameer) ko nikal diya hai, lekin jab mein letter ki mang kar rha tha Mr. Rajesh ne kha ki who letter nahi de sakte, magar us bande jis ne muje gali aur dhamki di hai(sameer) se same land line se phone kar ke sorry khelwa (bulwa) sakte hai, jis par mein agree nahi kiya , meri samj mein ye nahi aya ki jab bank ne ageny aur sameer ko nikal diya hai to phir who kaise mafi mang sakte hai is ka matalb ye hua ki sirf muje ullu bana rahe hai

Mr. rajesh ne kaha ki who letter nahi de sakte, aur muje bhut rudely baat ki aur muje se kha ki app abi 6500/- rs do ya letter do ki mein payment nahi karoon ga, aur kha ki letter abhi do mein ne kha ki email karoon ga letter, jis par unhon muje qanooi kawayi karne ki baat ki very rudely aur loudly baat ki aur is ka bura anjam hone ki baat ki Rajesh ne ka who abhi mera arbitration karwa de ge mein ne kha ki thik app apni tarf se karwayi aur arbitration kar wa de, lekin mein kabhi bhi payment ke liy denied nahi kiya hai aur mein ne sirf bank se apologies letter chata tha aur ji se ke bad mein payment kar doon ga

agar bank muje apologies letter nahi de sakti hai to ek assurance letter hi de de . mein bank ki taraf se assurance chata hoon ki istara ki dhamik aur gali galoj dobara nahi ho gi bank sameer ke bhalf muje assurance letter de kyun ki jab se muje gali aur dhamiki mili hai mein bhut un fill kar rha hoon, muje raste chalte hue bhi insecure laga rha hai
koi muje mar ya uthwa na le, mein bhut hi seedha sadha insan hoon muje is tarah gali galoj bilkul pasand nahi,

muje bank ki payment karni hai aur mein bank se good relation rakna chata hoon, agar muje bank relation kharab (bad) karma hota to mein Agency aur Sameer par qanooni karwai kar sakta tha aur ise legal issue bana sakta tha, lekin muje bank se future mein good relation rakana chata hoon, mein bas bank ka assurance chata hoon ki is tarah ki gali galoj aur dhamiki muje future mein na mile.

I purchased a treadmill for my dad on Rediff.com nearly a month ago (Order # 8826329). The product has not been shipped yet. I have sent multiple emails to customer service trying to figure out when the product will ship (if it ships at all). All I receive is a canned response that "your order can't be edited now". Really????....are you guys even reading my emails?? My recent emails are NOT about editing my order, its about getting what I ordered. I hope they have individuals in customer service who can interpret emails in English (though it doesn't look that way).

This entire fiasco reminds me of stories that I have read regarding online frauds. I have no other option but to report Rediff.com to Amex as a fraudulent company and dispute my transaction. Any company that receives a payment for a product but does not ship the product, does not show any accountability to the customer and is not afraid of the consequences of not shipping the product or communicating with the customer, is clearly a fraudulent organization.

I am sure they bank upon ignorant customers who let them get away with these fraudulent activities but I am going to pursue them and report them to every single possible organization. Their customer service is having fun at my expense and I can't allow an organization which has received payment from me to treat me this way.

WHERE THE HELL IS MY PRODUCT??/

Everyday i sends group sms and i know the difference between sms and mms but when i am having enough balance then the reliance deducted my balance and gives excuses that i sent mms, but i never sent mms, nd this is not the first time.
Every time they use to cheat me and never refunds.
